All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical review of your completed health questionnaire. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our GPhC-registered prescriber.
You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date health information. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your order, refusal of future service, and could pose a risk to your health. We reserve the right to contact your GP if clinically necessary.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for the purposes stated and may not be transferred or used at an alternative pharmacy without prior agreement.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. We are not responsible for any charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Orders approved after our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery is to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incomplete addresses or circumstances beyond our control, including Royal Mail or courier disruptions.
Medications must be kept in appropriate conditions upon receipt. We are not responsible for any deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, cancellation may not be possible due to the nature of prescription medicines.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to prescription medicines once dispensed. If you believe you have received a product in error or in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and seek to resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
